1. Payment Terms
All program fees are due in full upon registration. Payment must be completed before access to any program material or schedule is granted.
2. Refund Policy
A refund of fifty percent (50%) of the program fee will be granted only if a written cancellation request is received no later than fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the official start date of the program.
3. Non-Refundability After Start
Once the program has officially commenced, no refunds—full or partial—shall be issued under any circumstances, regardless of the participant’s attendance or level of participation.
4. Participant Responsibility
Participants are solely responsible for attending all scheduled sessions on time. The program organizers shall not be held liable for any missed sessions, classes, or associated loss of training value resulting from participant absence or tardiness.
